Switching from conventionally grown foods to organic ones can make a difference in your body in as little as 30 days. However, organic foods are usually more expensive and, depending where you shop for groceries, can be harder to find. Environmental Working Group (www.EWG.org) has published a list of the safest foods to buy if conventionally grown, as well as the “dirty dozen”, or the foods that have highest incidence of unwanted chemicals. Keep this list with you when you shop!
